This is where you will find most answers. If there should still be any questions left, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Do I need a reservation to take a Heli Tour? If so how do I reserve a Heli tour flight?
Yes, reservations are required to ensure availability and proper planning. You can book your flight through our website, by phone, or via email. Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. Please check with us for any specific payment requirements.
During what hours are helicopter tour flights conducted?
Flights are generally conducted between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM, depending on weather conditions and availability.
Is flying in a helicopter safe? Who else will be flying in the helicopter?
You will either fly with three other passengers or five other passengers depending on the aircraft dispatched that day. Aircraft are chosen for passengers based on weight and balance to maximize safety and security. If you reserved your seat with other people they will fly with you. Due to weight and balance they may not sit next to you aboard the aircraft but we always strive to keep groups together. Safety and a balanced center of gravity is first priority when it comes to seating arrangements.
What type of helicopter will I take?
The type of helicopter depends on the tour and the number of passengers. We operate modern, well-maintained helicopters such as AS350 B3e and similar models known for their safety and performance.
What happens if there is bad weather?
If the weather conditions are unsafe for flying, the flight may be rescheduled or canceled. In case of cancellation, we provide a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Will I be able to take pictures or video?
Absolutely! Photography and videography are encouraged. Our helicopters offer panoramic windows for the best aerial views. We recommend securing cameras with straps for safety.

The duration of the flight depends on which particular package you’re choosing. We have the approximate time mentioned in the packages along with the ground time.
