Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
  • Arrive in Kathmandu and settle into your hotel.
  • Enjoy a welcome dinner and an orientation session about your upcoming Everest adventure.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla (2850m) via Helicopter & Trek to Monjo (2,835m)
  • 45-minute scenic helicopter flight from Kathmandu to Lukla.
  • Begin your Everest trek, passing through Phakding and lush forests.
  • Arrive at Monjo, a peaceful village near Sagarmatha National Park.
  • Overnight stay in Monjo, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes.
Day 3: Trek from Monjo to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) – Acclimatization Day
  • Cross suspension bridges & trek through dense pine forests.
  • Enjoy your first glimpse of Mount Everest from the trail!
  • Arrive at Namche Bazaar, the heart of the Everest region.
  • Acclimatization day – Explore Namche’s markets, bakeries & museums.
  • Overnight stay in Namche at a cozy lodge.
Day 4: Trek to Syangboche (Everest View Hotel) & Khumjung – Return to Namche
  • Morning: On your way to Syangboche, pass by Sagarmatha Next, a remarkable initiative that works to clean the Sagarmatha region and reuse plastic to help preserve the pristine environment of the Everest area. The project plays a crucial role in sustainability and environmental conservation in the region.
  • Trek to Syangboche: Continue your trek to Syangboche (3,780m), home to the Everest View Hotel, one of the highest-placed hotels in the world. The hotel offers incredible views of Mount Everest and the surrounding peaks.
  • Lunch at Everest View Hotel: Stop at the Everest View Hotel for a lunch break while enjoying panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and other majestic peaks.
  • Trek to Khumjung: After lunch, continue trekking to Khumjung Village (3,790m), a traditional Sherpa village where you can experience the local culture and hospitality.
  • Visit Khumjung Monastery: Explore the Khumjung Monastery and see the famous “Yeti Scalp” artifact, a significant cultural relic of the region.
  • Sagarmatha National Park: On your return trek to Namche, enjoy the beauty of Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is home to rich biodiversity and stunning landscapes.
  • Return to Namche: Trek back to Namche for the night, enjoying the stunning sunset views over the Himalayas and the vibrant local Sherpa culture.
Day 5: Helicopter Flight from Namche to Kathmandu
  • Wake up to the Himalayan sunrise & enjoy your breakfast.
  • Board a helicopter for an exhilarating mountain flight and fly directly to Kathmandu in just one hour.
  • Enjoy aerial views of Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse & more.

Day 6: Explore Kathmandu – Swayambhunath, Boudhanath & Pashupatinath
