The Manaslu region is located on the western side of Nepal, and is home to the 8th highest mountain in the world, Mt. Manaslu at 8163m. Located near the border of Nepal along Tibet, Manaslu literally means “the spirit-mountain”. Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu (1,400 m/4,593 ft). After arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel. You can relax and explore Kathmandu in the evening. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Drive to Machha Khola
Drive to Machha Khola (869 m/2,851 ft) from Kathmandu via Soti Khola (710 m/2,329 ft) in a private tourist vehicle – this drive takes about 8 to 10 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 03: Trek to Jagat
Begin your trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1,340 m/4,396 ft) – 6 to 7 hours. The trail takes you through beautiful forest areas and remote villages. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 04: Trek to Deng
Trek from Jagat to Deng (1,860 m/6,102 ft) – a 6 to 7-hour trek through rugged terrain and charming villages. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 05: Trek to Namrung
From Deng, trek to Namrung (2,630 m/8,629 ft) – 7 to 8 hours of hiking through scenic forests and steep trails. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 06: Trek to Lho
Trek from Namrung to Lho (3,180 m/10,433 ft) – a 3 to 4-hour hike. Enjoy the views of Manaslu as you ascend. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 07: Trek to Samagaon
Continue your trek from Lho to Samagaon (3,520 m/11,549 ft) – 3 to 4 hours. Samagaon is a peaceful village with incredible views of Manaslu. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 08: Acclimatization Day
Spend an acclimatization day at Samagaon. Take a hike to Birendra Lake and Manaslu Base Camp (4,895m/16,060 ft) – 7 to 8 hours, to adjust to the altitude and enjoy the stunning scenery. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 09: Helicopter Flight from Samagaon to Kathmandu
After completing the trek, enjoy a scenic helicopter flight from Samagaon to Kathmandu. This flight offers breathtaking aerial views of the Manaslu Range and surrounding peaks. Once you land in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel or the airport, concluding your memorable adventure.
Day 10: Explore Kathmandu – Swayambhunath, Boudhanath & Pashupatinath
  • Spend the day exploring Kathmandu's rich cultural heritage.
  • Visit Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) for stunning panoramic views of the city and spiritual experiences.
  • Head to Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest and most revered Buddhist stupas in the world, to soak in its tranquil atmosphere.
  • Continue your exploration at Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred Hindu site, and witness the vibrant ceremonies along the Bagmati River.
  • Enjoy a farewell dinner, reflecting on your unforgettable Himalayan journey.
Day 11: Departure
  • After breakfast, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure.
  • Take with you cherished memories of Nepal's beauty, culture, and adventure.
