We work in close coordination with multiple hospitals to ensure immediate medical attention for urgent cases. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

Our process begins with your inquiry, which is managed by the inquiry handling team. To ensure smooth coordination, we designate a point person at the airport and another at the hospital for overseeing the patient’s care and transfer logistics.
  • The inquiry is first received and handled by our inquiry team.
  • Insurance confirmation is obtained before proceeding, or if there is no insurance, a service quote is provided.
  • In case of an emergency or a critical patient, the helicopter is dispatched immediately, and financial details are handled afterward.
  • We assign a dedicated point person at the airport and another at the hospital to oversee the patient’s care and manage transfer logistics.
  • The hospitalization process begins, and once the patient is stable, they are either discharged or, if necessary, assisted with ground transportation for further medical transfer.
