Do I need a reservation to take a Heli Tour? If so how do I reserve a Heli tour flight?
To book an Easy Heli please call our reservations department at (+97714371022/4377283). For flight bookings you can also contact us through email and your flight will be booked according to your needs. For our company contact details please view the contact us section of this website. Online booking facilities are also made available for the convenience of our clients.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, and all major credit/debit cards.
During what hours are helicopter tour flights conducted?
High altitude, High temperature and High humidity affect the performance of the helicopter. Therefore, the pilots decide whether to conduct the flight or not in case of extreme weather conditions. As helicopters in Nepal can only conduct visual flight rules (VFR) we do not conduct instrument or a night flight.
Is flying in a helicopter safe? Who else will be flying in the helicopter?
You will either fly with three other passengers or five other passengers depending on the aircraft dispatched that day. Aircraft are chosen for passengers based on weight and balance to maximize safety and security. If you reserved your seat with other people they will fly with you. Due to weight and balance they may not sit next to you aboard the aircraft but we always strive to keep groups together. Safety and a balanced center of gravity is first priority when it comes to seating arrangements.
What type of helicopter will I take?
Our fleet includes Airbus AS 350 B3e. Additional aircraft can be dispatched to accommodate large groups. All groups will be split into four passengers or six passengers.
What happens if there is bad weather?
We will not conduct air tours in bad weather that impacts our safe operation of the helicopter. If you have any weather concerns please contact our reservations department or airport incharge.
Will I be able to take pictures or video?
You may take pictures or video once aboard the aircraft. Taking pictures on the heliport ramp while walking to the helicopter is strictly prohibited.
What is the duration of the flights?
The duration of the flight depends on which particular package you’re choosing. We have the approximate time mentioned in the packages along with the ground time.
Where do our flights depart from?
Our helicopters are mostly stationed at Kathmandu Tribhuvan Airport-Domestic Terminal. In some cases, we can also have our helicopter in Lukla/Pokhara depending on the season and situation.

Does the weather cause any changes in the flights?
Your flight is subject to favorable weather conditions; if cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or refund. We recommend booking your flights early in your trip with flexibility for weather changes. We don’t want you to miss out.
Are there any additional information that we need to know about prior to the flight?

All Flights are subject to availability, confirmed passenger weights, weather and Air traffic control. Confirmation will be received within 48-hours of booking, subject to availability.

Flights, Landings and routes may vary due to weather and at the pilots discretion. Flight times are approximate and include your landing. Minimum passenger numbers apply for flights. Bookings will be coordinated to achieve where there is possible.

What do we need to bring along with us?
Although items may vary as per the individual, we suggest you bring these along with you:
  • Warm Clothing
  • Sturdy covered shoes (snow on your toes is not nice!)
  • Sunglasses and sunscreen
  • Your Phone/Camera and a sense of adventure!
What do we need to know regarding the cancellation policy?
If you fail to check-in on time, or notify us of changes less than 24-hours to departure, you will be charged with the full amount. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy, which allows you to change/cancel your booking, but if you are to cancel then you will be charged with 13% cancellation charge
