Heli Rescue

Easy Heli has an excellent team on standby for emergency response. We closely coordinate with several hospitals for immediate attention to critical cases. We have a standard operating procedure to ensure timely search and rescue operations. We also have an excellent network in all regions where we work to expedite the process.

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

Our process starts with your inquiry at the office, handled by the inquiry handling team. To facilitate your requirements we have a point person at the airport on the ground pre-departure, our airport-in-charge and a hospital in-charge that we are directly in touch with.
  • Inquiry
  • Confirmation of insurance (get approval), depending on the condition of patient, location and weather; the team & equipment is dispatched payment to close the work
  • If client has no insurance, give quote for service
  • If it’s an emergency/ patient is critical, immediate release of the helicopter for rescue, the financials are discussed later
  • Hospitalization
  • Once the patient is stable, discuss mode of
